How? it's Onesided

Welcome cricket lovers!,

Hope, many of you would have felt like me that the Cricket World Cup 2007 was an evident of one-sided and well dominated by the great Australians, who made a perfect hat-trick which reminds the tragic end of the another mega sport event World Cup Football in a penalty shoot out in the year 2006. I do hope you have also enjoyed each and every ball of this great mega event like me, though it is onesided.

Though I may not know a-to-z of cricket, but I know what abc of cricket and the main theme of this web site is to get a fair deal to the ball in the popular game of one-day-cricket, by inviting the entire cricket fraternity to vote for the ball, which is presently crushed under the foot of a bat and to get an equal level participation with the bat. Cricket, traditionally called a ‘bat and ball game’ giving equal participation both bat and ball and in the revolutionary cricket of One day matches, the charm of watching equal participation of both bat and ball has started missing and every lover of cricket will agree to this concept.

So, with the only aim of getting justice to the ball, hopefully in the World Cup 2011, as a true lover of cricket game, I continue this campaign which I started in June 2006 to invite all the cricket lovers, sport lovers, sport persons, players, sporting organizations, media persons, umpires, cricket bodies, cricket clubs, and especially from the bowlers of all the cricket playing nations to take part in the "Opinion" poll.

In one-day cricket, many revolutionary ideas have been incorporated in the playing environment and conditions to attract the spectators the much thrill in each and every cricket match and without the above changes nobody can enjoy the game in the emerging fast world, so the time concept clicked the main key for the popularity of the one day game.

Hence, the time is a major ingredient in any form of sport to get its popularity and this is the reason the game of football getting so much popularity in the World of Sport. In football, the game is for foot and ball and both of them gets equal participation in every fraction of second till the end of the match. But in one-day-cricket, the bat got its superlative position while making the game more attractive. This can be neutralized without changing its fancy image by removing the simple restrictions posed for a bowler to bowl only a maximum of ten overs or 10% of the total overs of a match.

I don’t think that there is any justification for allowing a batsman to play or to stay entire course of a one-day match and cut a performer bowler in 1/5th of the game. If the above quota or restriction doesn’t exist, the many victories of the one-day game would have been reversed, especially, in a title clash.

So, I request you, the true lover of the cricket voice your opinion and strongly record your comments in favor of the concept and theme and derive much more thrill in the World Cup 2007 and to help the ball for getting it‘s full share in the game of one-day cricket.

So, let us all say 'GOODLUCK' (the acronym for Good Old Only Destiny for Labouring Under Correct Knowledge)to the Ball.

Thank you for spending your valuable time to read this and giving your expert opinion. GOODBYE! (You may guess for this acronym)

Your's sincerely,
